Issues integrating ProofChat

I tried following integration as specified, but the initial ‘open chat new’ just gives a blank web viewer, not the ‘configuration’ style that I see in the ProofChat version.
What am I missing?

If the webviewer is empty that suggests that the pc_system table might not have been imported. How many records in that table?

There should be 1 record. If there isn’t. Import that table from the ProofChat file. Or you an try just creating one record, and quitting the file and reopening.

I figured it out and should have mentioned it here. I followed the ‘integration’ option instructions which didn’t mention going through the account setup and license part first in the ProofChat app BEFORE exporting.
Once I did that and then copied over the data, it all seems to be working. Still need to rewatch the videos to learn more about making the most of it.
Appreciate the response and the tool.

You shouldn’t have to do it that way. You can do the account setup, after the integration.

But glad you got it working either way.
