I am unable to add the server in OttoDeploy file for verifying/testing the URL and just getting an error as “OttoFMS not installed” but I have already installed the OttoFMS on dev server. I am attaching the screen shots for your references. Any thought please let me know. Thanks in advance!

From your first screenshot there it looks like your server does not have an SSL cert for that url. OttoFMS requires an SSL to work properly, which I suspect is your issue.

IT person updated the ssl certificate on window server 2022 Data center but he said that it’s designed for the citrix environment. So, will it work for this server as well? I am not sure. Do you have any idea? Is it really ssl certificate issue or something else? Please help me on this.
Now that the Cert is updated does the OttoFMS console still have that red unlocked icon on it? OttoFMS also needs to be able to call back to the servers url from the server, so if the server is unable to call out to its own hostname that might cause a similar problem.

OttoFMS console still have that red unlocked icon on it. i.e. displaying insecure connection on browser. I think that cert is not valid on servers because it’s designed for the citrix environment. So, I am waiting for updating the valid ssl certificate on servers from IT team and then i will verify the server url and after that I will do the first deployment.
Question: Can we deploy/migrate/push the files from FMS 21 Dev to FMS 21 QA server if versions are different on servers?

You should be able to push updates between servers if you are running different OttoFMS or FMS versions. There are specific features of deployments that might not work as expected if they are not present in the version of OttoFMS you’re running on that server, but a simple deployment should work fine.
