After searching for a name-spaced filenames it would be nice to select all / deselect all.

Also, the save button should be static when you have a long file list you have to scroll to the bottom to save.

Version 0.1.0-beta.9 has a new select all button in the file selection window. It will select all files that you have filtered down to. Any previously selected files that are not in the filter will be included as well.
