Bug: Adding Slack Notification to SubDeployment not saved in certain circumstances

If you add a Slack notification and don’t make any other changes to the sub deployment the slack notification entry is not saved.

Hey Patrick,

I’ve confirmed this issue and I have put together a fix for it that will be included in the next version of OttoDeploy. As a work-around, changing essentially anything else on the deployment will cause this value to save properly. You could change the description slightly, or update the name of the deployment or sub-deployment and it should properly save your values.
