Changing OS locale broke OttoFMS

Platform: Ubuntu 22
FMS: Latest ( 20.3.2 )
Otto: Latest ( 4.3.0.240412314 )

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install FMS
  2. Install Otto
  3. Change locale - in my case I changed from US to Greek

What happened

Navigating to {{host}}/otto/ returns a 502 bad gateway screen

How to fix

Running the installation command fixed the issue instantly, while keeping OttoFMS data intact

Thanks for the information!! For future reference, restarting OttoFMS on the server should also fix this issue. We’ll do some investigation on our side to make sure we’re handling this situation in the future. Thank you!
