Data from one server, scheme from second server and publish it to a third

Hi,

Is there any option how to take data from one file (deployed on server one), scheme take from different one and place it on third server?

Or switch the option which should be used like data/scheme.

Some times i would like to copy data from production version of database to development but i didn’t find simple way how to do that.
