Hello, I installed Otto in two servers PRE (Linux) and PRO (Windows).
Opening OttoDeploy in PRE is not an issue. But when I try to open it in PRO it gives me the following error: “Otto Version: unknown”.
There is a screenshot attached about the error.

That error message is coming up because OttoDeploy can’t detect OttoFMS running on your PRO ( Windows ) server. Perhaps OttoFMS isn’t running.
Can you open OttoFMS’s web console on your Windows server? Navigate to
https://windows-server/otto/. Does the page load?
If it doesn’t then OttoFMS isn’t running
You could try manually starting OttoFMS

I found the solution.
The problem was in the SSL certificate, I had to delete it and import files another time.
