Error scheduling the deployment

Hello, I am Fernando, it is my first time here.

I am scheduling a deployment and I am having an error. It says “There was an error scheduling the deployment: Load Failed” I am scheduling to 2025-02-05 at 06:00 AM, yesterday I had the same error so I don’t know if there are something wrong.

I have to kind of files, data file and interface file. I have done deployments since august without problems but today I tried to create a deployment with 2 Interface files and at the time to schedule it, it returns that error. I am using “Migrate” option because in this kind of files I don’t have data .The thing is It has been working properly but now it doesn’t works.

Hello Fernando, welcome to the community!

The “Load Failed” error message that you’re getting is usually a network error that happens when OttoDeploy is having trouble communicating with OttoFMS. Are you able to access the OttoFMS console?

First of all, thanks for your response.

I tried to go the dashboard and I had an issue, I went to the server machine and I uninstalled the ottoFMS because I didn’t have the newest version. now I tried to schedule and it works!!
