Error start and Installing

Hello, greetings to all.

I don’t know if anyone else had this and can help me, first I tried to enter through the browser to https://myserver.com/otto and was giving me error 500.2 error bad gateway, then I decided to uninstall and install as the guide says, but when trying to install gives me error just when running C:\Program Files “OttoFMS / bin/nssm/nssm.exe

I can’t think how to solve it, can someone give me a hand?

Welcome to the community

The Bad Gateway error probably means that OttoFMS isn’t running. And the other error you report also supports this hypothesis. Sometimes windows has trouble starting the OttoFMS server

The first thing to try is to try starting OttoFMS through the computer management.

Starting, stopping and restarting | OttoFMS

You should also be able to tell if OttoFMS is running there. If that doesn’t fix it, you could also try restarting your entire server.

I try to start the OttoFMS service and I get this alert.

" Windows failed to start OttoFMS on Local Computer. For more information, refer to the omases sales list.
is not a Microsoft service, contact the service provider and refer to the service specific error code 3."

Yes it is possible. Turn it off or create an exclusion for nssm.exe and the OttoFMS folder. See if that helps

Restarting the server is also something that we have seen help fix the problem with nssm.
