Failed deployment still building

Run a deployment got this error:

Build server is unreachable: HTTP error: 502 - Bad Gateway: undefined

I have my RDC window open and yet the server is still adding files to the outbox build folder.

I logged in to the FMS Console and saw the 502 error after a few refreshes I was able to get into the console and looked at the backup schedules two builds were still running at the same time even though they failed and stopped and in the meantime, I had gone to the file manager of ottoFMS and removed the builds from the outbox, and the folder kept being added back in and new files were being backed up.
