First start on Windows fails

Hi,
First start of ProofChat demo on Mac is fine, on Windows this shows up (layout pc_ProofChat):

Application Unavailable
Initial Props Validation failed: user.userName: Username is required
This application requires FileMaker to be running.
Please ensure you’re accessing this from within FileMaker WebViewer.

Any idea what could be the cause for this?
