I even deleted all builds and recreated a build with new id and get the same message.
Seems like restarting Otto on the server might have fixed it…
Did you change the backup folder? Is that the backup folder the right path?

No hadn’t changed any directories, the first attempt was to pre publish it to the target server but that’s where it failed. So I tried to just build it to the same server which too failed. When I tried to get the JSON config it just went to a white blank page never fetching it. After restart of Otto the new build did complete without error - I am going to try again to push it to target server.
It worked locally but not pushing to target - we plan to do a migration tonight am wondering if the push build to destination from the migration schedule will fail too?
Since there is few hours left in the day I may manually SFTP the build into the inbox and setup the schedule.

The other server is not responding to your request to upload the build to it. Check the logs over there. Make sure OttoFMS is running etc.
