Is Passphrase required in config folder and issues adding new server to ottomatic

When installing Otto do you have to put the FMS Passphrase (if used) in the Otto config folder? I can’t see this in the ottoFMS docs. You did have to do it with the older Otto.

I’m getting issues in ottomatic trying to add a new server and creating or setting a server key.

If the SSL is correctly installed and a FikeMaker client thinks this is a secure connection then Otto shook just use the installed certificate. It’s no longer running over a bespoke port but 443

I can confirm @john_r the SSL is working correctly and clients see it as valid and have green locks.

In Ottomatic I go to add a new server. It asks for the server name and I get

FileMaker 21.0.2 installed
Your server is compatible with the Ottomatic Cloud Console
OttoFMS 4.15.1 installed
Your server is compatible with the Ottomatic Cloud Console

I put in a Friendly name, Location. Then I add OttoMS Admin API Key created on the related server’s Otto.
Pressing Connect I get an Error:
Could not connect to FileMaker Server

I also tried '‘Get one from OttoMS’ & ‘Make a new one here’ with the same ‘Could not connect to FileMaker Server’ error.

I can connect to the Otto console of this server externally.

I already have 10 other servers connected to Ottomatic.

There must be something wrong with the certificate. The FMS says it is installed and it is fine for all the users (the server has been restarted after installing too) but SSL Labs says it is seeing the Claris certificate.
