Is the migration log reporting correctly?

Did a successful migration last night to test server. The point of this migration was to replace the accounts from DEV to TEST to fix for case and also tweaked the order of execution for EA users. All files in dev had this change.

Examining the files the files accounts have migrated properly. However reviewing the logs every file shows this results

Accounts migrated: 0
Accounts changed: 0

Hi Stephen

The migration log is correct. This is what it looks like if you have chosen Use Accounts from “Destination” for Accounts

 == Summary ==
  Accounts migrated: 3
  Accounts changed: 0

This is what it looks like if you choose “Source”

 == Summary ==
  Accounts migrated: 0
  Accounts changed: 0

That is interesting wonder what Claris was thinking in my mind that is a material change to the target file.
