One of the files I’m trying to include in a build won’t backup because it’s open. Out of 15 files, this is the only one that gives me trouble. What could be the reason? I’m trying to do a build of production but don’t want to close all the files.
I tried restarting my FileMaker server and that didn’t help.

Try creating a backup using the FileMaker admin Console. Does that work?

Just curious, in the two fmsadmin.exe command lines that are shown in the log, where is the password ( -p xxxxxxxxx) coming from? I don’t remember setting in OttomFMS for that password.

I just tried using the fmsadmin tool to create a backup of that file while it was opened and it worked. Albeit, it was created in a different folder. It’s probably a destination folder error for some reason.
