OttoDeploy not seeing Installed OttoFMS version

Myself and one other person were logged into the same OttoDeploy file hosted on a server with OttoFMS 4.7 installed. When I Test connection to the server in the Edit Server window, OttoDeploy says all is good. When my colleague does the same, the OttoFMS version indication says it is not installed.

We’ve opened up the exact OttoDeploy file, but are getting different results in the Edit server window.

OttoDeploy is making the request to check the version from the client, so the issue likely stems from network issues. Can your colleague connect to the ottofms dashboard for the server? If they go to https://server.url/otto/api/info does it load properly?
