Hi, I’m installing a new machine with FMS 21.1 and Windows Server 2022. I would like to OttoFMS on top of it, but I run into an issue and would like some advice. The installer gives the following error while running:

When I go to localhost:3030, I can see the OttoFMS interface
When I go to localhost/otto/ (or use the full FQDN), I get a 404 page.
When I go to services, OttoFMS is not listed there.
Is OttoFMS already compatible with FMS 21.1? I know they introduced nginx on FMS 21.1 on Windows and probably made other changes under the hood regarding the webserver.
Or has anyone ran into this issue before and knows how to solve it?
OttoFMS doesn’t run on port 3030. So maybe you have Otto3 running on the same server? We recommend that you do not run them both at the same time on a server. I would start by removing Otto 3, or at least stopping it.
The run the installer and completely remove OttoFMS by deleting any of it’s folders and then install it again. If you get the same error check the services. You should see the service OttoFMS installed. See if you can start it. If that doesn’t work you could restart the entire server.
This error happens on some windows servers, usually the steps above solve the problem.

I just found out that I downloaded Otto 3 by accident by grabbing the download link from my own account while waiting on the customer to request a OttoFMS license.
I removed everything and downloaded the correct installer. Everything went fine this time.
