OttoFMS version 4.2.0 was just released! This version comes with a full suite of improvements and enhancements. Highlights include: adding concurrency to OttoFMS deployments, new build options allowing fine-grained control on the produced zip files, new information in the build manifest.json file, improved logging and feedback on running deployments, timers that actually make sense, and more! See the Changelog for a full list of changes.
Our next course of action for OttoFMS is going to be working on a new strategy for handling large file transfers between servers to vastly improve build download times during deployments. We’re aware of the issues with files over 1 GB and are working hard to ensure they don’t remain an issue going forward.
