OttoFMS vs OCC - Data API Keys ( Display and Function )

Soooo… I can upload screenshots if you need, but I’ll first describe the problem I just ran into:

Created a Data API key in OCC:

  • Data API key does not show after creation in OCC.
  • Data API key does show in OttoFMS after creation.

Set up a webhook:

  • OCC allows me to select the DAPI key, but the test fails. ( I get the “setup is incomplete” message )
  • OttoFMS console the same webhook succeeds.

Hey Josh,

That is strange. Does a refresh of the page in OCC make the data api key appear?

It does not. I had even tested signing in on another computer.

Hey Josh,

Looks like the issue is just on the client in OCC with a mismatched JSON schema. I’ll get this fixed, sorry for the inconvenience.

No problem. It didn’t prevent me from doing things, since I could do it in the OttoFMS console. Just reporting!!
