return errro of 443 whe conenct and not allow also ottomatc to connect
Hey Alessandro,
I’m going to need a couple more details to help you with debugging this. Do you see any errors in the logs? What Operating System are you on?
-Kyle
Hi was sonoma and update to tahoe same problem, the errors is that one time not see the filemaker server, 1 time see the server and crtifiicate but not otto, on eitme both , but provide time out, one tim none, say that the 443 is lock, but is not true because if i enter directly to otto i can login https://domain/otto/app/ … no idea !
I supose was other issue, MacStudio M2 Max 32GB 1TB, external backup SSD 2 TB. only filemaker server and Otto, no sharing folder, no spotlight. Otto: 4.16.1 FMS: 22.0.5
I suppose I should be absolutely independent about OTTO, but something like this makes me feel sad…
Hey Alessandro,
Can you send your otto-info.log file? or just the last 30 lines of it or so.
I’m somewhat confused what the situation is, is FileMaker server running properly? If so, Can you connect to the OttoFMS console on the server?
You mention it says 443 is locked, where does it say that?

Update — Issue Resolved
After further investigation, we identified a rogue IP address that was generating noise on the network and interfering with connectivity. Once that device was isolated, everything returned to normal operation.
We have also migrated to a different public network as an additional measure, and the environment has been stable since.
