Hey Antoine,

My understanding is that webviewers and webdirect don’t play well with each other so there aren’t many things you can do to get it working well in webdirect. I can check with our team and get back to you with more solid details.

Hi Antoine,

Sorry for the delay.

Out of the box, it isn’t going to work. You would need to modify the default setup and scripts. The main reason is that, the default setup uses a second window to display that chat. That wouldn’t work in Web Direct. But that could be changed to use a Card Window and that should work.

But we haven’t tested it very throughly so there may be some other issues.

We do intend to test our next version in WebDirect, but I am not sure how soon that will get released.
