Request - Add back the Zipped Offsite Backups

Putting in a formal request to add this feature back from the previous version of Otto.

Here’s rhe main reason. We have many databases on multiple servers and use the offsite for backup and data retention for changes and client/system. Uncompressed adds for dramatically larger files on the server (adding to storage costs) as well as much much larger file download sizes. The most cases it’s faster for us to download the one zip of all database files than it is to download one database file on its own

Thanks for the request Chris! I’ve added this to our list, I’ll let you know when we get it into OttoFMS! I think the use case makes sense, it will have to be a setting on each offsite schedule to zip the backed up folder and send it. I’ll look at adding it to one of our upcoming versions. Thank you!
