We just newly installed 4.13 on Ubuntu 24.04 amd and the service would not start due to a missing table ‘settings’. The db.sqlite file was empty (0k). Reinstalling / downgrading to 4.12 solved the problem. Maybe something off with the installer, haven’t tried upgrading from here.
I have confirmed this issue and put together a fix for it. I will have a new version including it for you later today or tomorrow. The issue should not appear if you install 4.12.0 and then upgrade to 4.13.0. It only occurs on fresh installs.
