SSL Expiry Date

I’d like to be able to see on the Otto Cloud Console, the date a SSL expires. I logged into an old client today that the SSL had expired. I’d like to see when this date is coming up and be warned prior if it is to be manually renewed.

Hey Andrew,

This is one of the first things on the list right now, I’ll let you know when we’ve got it into the console!

Could you also show Enabled status of the connectors (WP,E OData etc)? I know I could log into the Server Admin Console to do this. But these relate a lot with the Services tab you have & if you saw WPE was off (and it needed to be on) then you could click the Start button in Services. Or maybe on the Server’s Dashboard tab you could just show the Connectors with a toggle icon next to it. (Bet you someone then will ask can you start the service from the toggle icon  )

Enabled status of the connectors is a great idea, I’ll add that to our list.

Do you have an ETA for this, MY SSL has not renewed automatically and I don’t seem to have access to renew the SSL installed by ProofGeist other than creating a new SSL? This is a problem because many of our users are now unsure that they can connect while I wait for PG to renew the certificate - also happened oncer a weekend and also while I am on vacation so not very convenient!

Hey Ian,

At the moment there is no timeline for this. Is your server an Ottomatic server?

-Kyle

yes ottomatic, I actually submitted a support ticket. But cannot connect to the server with the portal because of the certificate expiration

Hi Ian,

The Ottomatic support staff has your ticket from about 30 minutes ago and actively working on it. You expect a resolution very soon.

Thanks

Todd

Thanks Todd, your team got right on it once I emailed support. Appreciate the attention.
