I would find it extremely useful to be able to enter the time for a scheduled deployment first of all using a 24-hour format, and secondly, in UTC. Or if possible, it would be even better to be able to display the scheduled time in both local server time and UTC at the same time.
Using local server time is great when you are in the same time zone, but when you are doing deployments between servers in different time zones, UTC seems a more logical choice.
Just thought I’d chime in with a different perspective.
To be clear: I’m not saying your use case isn’t valid.
But I like entering the time in the server’s time zone. We support servers all over, so we often aren’t in the same time zone, but most of the end users for that server will be. So I want to schedule a time that I know will be convenient for the users.
So if anything is added here, please make it an option (or show both my time zone and the server’s time zone?).

Yes, this should most certainly be an option, not the only or even the default option.

Hey y’all, thanks for the insight on this! I’ll add this to our list and see what I can do.
