Unable to access through ngrok

Writing because I’ve installed ngrok and setup a tunnel. I then try to access OttoFMS through ngrok’s static address. I get a 403 forbidden error in the ngrok console and this message in the web interface:
“You don’t have permission to access the requested directory. There is either no index document or the directory is read-protected. You don’t have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.”

Any ideas? I’m very new to this world as I’m not so much a developer as site manager. Looking for the easiest way to have a very new FM developer work on layouts, etc. without working on our live files, thus setting up a Dev server inside our network. The production side is good to go, it’s just this mac mini dev server I’m having issues with.

Thank you! Will

Update: I figured out how to get them talking (had to have ngrok open port 443 - thought that was default or something).

Now, though the Production side still gets an error when trying to add a server to OttoDeploy. I get the Otto version is unkown. I can access the OttoFMS dashboard through the ngrok website though - so thinking it should be accessible now. Attached is the ngrok consol showing a few errors if that helps.

okay… solved my own issue… using ottomatic cloud console! So great. thank you! Not sure why it wasn’t working above, but I think that solve will be good moving forward. Thanks Todd for all the great work!
