Does updating OttoFMS alter the fms_nginx.conf file located in /opt/FileMaker/FileMaker Server/NginxServer/conf? I noticed I lost my changes in the nginx file and it looked like it was reverted back to the original settings. The only activity I did was updating OttoFMS.

Yes it does. Uninstalling OttoFMS reverts the ngnix config back to the backup. Sorry about that. It could probably be more careful and just remove itself, but as of now it just reverts to the .bak file it creates when it starts up.
As a work-around if you add your changes before installing OttoFMS, OttoFMS will consider your modified config the original. Or you can make your changes in both the current file and the .bak version of the file if OttoFMS is already installed.
