Webhook register keep report incomplete database

Hello,

I couldn’t find an answer using the search bar, so I’m posting here. I have installed OttoFMS on FMS 22 running on Ubuntu 22.04, and I’m quite sure I completed all the steps in the preparation section. All the required database entries for webhook registration are present.

After creating the API key via the Otto console, it seems that Otto cannot detect the layouts and scripts generated by the Otto add-on. During registration, it keeps reporting that the database file is incomplete and directs me back to the preparation steps, which I’m confident I’ve already completed. The required layouts and scripts are already in place.

What am I missing?

download SimpleQ and see if that works for you temporarily with a webhook setup

If not then there is a bigger issue, otherwise its something about what is installed in your file??
